Fence Styles
Private / Semi Private
Privacy fences are the most popular for backyards especially with swimming pools if you enjoy peace and seclusion. There are many possibilities: vertical/horizontal boards, shadowbox, decorative, contemporary and more.
Post & Rail (Split Rail)
Post and rail fences are one of the most versatile. They are used in front and back yards and are most customers’ choice when pet confinement is a consideration. By attaching 2”x4” welded wire to the fence, your pets are safely confined. The styles are endless and they tend to be inexpensive by comparison to others.
Estate / Farm Fences
Rail fences are used by homeowners in many ways. They are ideal for large estate homes. Likewise, they work for farm properties. By adding more horizontal rails, use four or five rather than three, you achieve not only boundary marking but confinement as well.
Decorative Fences
Wooden fences can be modified in a variety of ways if you’re looking to add a decorative factor to the already functional. Fence tops can be scalloped, arched or topped with lattice or vertical spindles. Adding post caps is another option. This inexpensive modification can give you the look you desire, traditional or contemporary. A criss cross design shown right is popular and quite attractive.
